Tahoe Donner, one of America’s largest homeowner’s associations, is big enough to be its own city—it encompasses nearly 6,500 properties and has about 25,000 residents sprawled out across 7,000 acres in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

FUEL worked with Weidner Architectural Signage, a Sacramento signage fabrication company, to develop a signage system for the entire area. The signage incorporates natural elements like stone and wood, and celebrates outdoor recreation and Tahoe living. The organic shape of the signage hints at the rugged mountains that serve as a backdrop for the people who live among their beauty.
